Your satisfaction means everything to us. We put a lot of care into every product we create, and we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If you ever experience an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re always happy to help and will do our best to make things right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personal‑care and aromatherapy items, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, freshness, and quality for all customers.
We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in its original packaging with the safety seal intact and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, leaking, or not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll quickly replace the item or work with you to find a resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Non‑Returnable Items
To keep all customers safe, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Custom or limited‑edition items
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first to open an investigation. Once they confirm the status, we’ll do everything we can to assist. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please review all ingredient lists before use. Everyone’s skin is unique, and while our products are crafted with care, we cannot guarantee that irritation or allergic reactions will not occur. Discontinue use immediately if irritation develops.
Scent Preference
Fragrance is personal, and scent perception varies from person to person. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if a product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during shipping.
