At aromaoes, every order is prepared and packed with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, what to expect during transit, and how we handle delivery issues.

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During high‑volume periods (holidays, restocks, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s real‑time rates.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

 

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to the wrong address

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

 

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your building

  • Verify the address on your order confirmation

  • Contact the carrier directly for assistance

We can help guide you through the claim process if needed.

 

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.

 

7. International Shipping

At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.
